basic function
Automatic voltage stabilization: Built in digital voltage stabilization circuit can reduce the variation of feeding speed caused by power supply voltage fluctuations.
Adjustable slow start: During startup, the output voltage will gradually increase from zero to the preset voltage to eliminate the impact on the vibrating disc. The slow start time can be digitally preset.
Speed preset: Up to 4 pre-set output voltages can be directly selected through external control signals.
Dual switch sensor full/empty material shutdown: Supports remote full/empty material shutdown control using 2-channel NPN sensors or PLC.
Photoelectric sensor full/empty shutdown: Supports photoelectric sensor full/empty shutdown control.
Remote speed control: External potentiometers, PLCs, or 1-5V voltage signals can be directly used to remotely control the output voltage.
DC control output: The controller can output DC low-voltage control signals, which have driven devices such as solenoid valves to work in conjunction with the controller.
Overheating protection: When the operating temperature of the controller is too high, it will stop outputting to protect itself.
Overcurrent protection: When the working current of the controller exceeds the rated current, the output will stop to protect the controller and vibration equipment.
Fuse type short circuit protection: When a short circuit occurs at the output terminal, the fuse of the equipment. controller will melt to protect the controller and vibration
Maximum output voltage setting: Set the maximum adjustment voltage to prevent users from accidentally outputting excessive voltage and damaging vibration equipment.
